Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BbY WOW AI at https://bbywow.net. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

BbY WOW AI lets you upload one to three photos and generate a short AI dance video of the BbY WOW trend, with the original song. BbY WOW AI is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by KAROL G, Judeline, rusowsky, LOS MENOR3S, their labels, TikTok or ByteDance.

Who Can Use It

You must be at least 18 years old to use BbY WOW AI. You sign in with a Google account, and you’re responsible for your account and everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. Every person shown must be you or someone who has agreed to be in the video, and must be 18 or older. Pets are welcome.

You must not upload photos of, or create videos showing:

• celebrities, politicians or other public figures;
• minors;
• nudity or sexual content;
• hate, harassment or threats;
• deceptive deepfakes, or anything meant to pass off a video as real footage of someone.

Labeling Your Videos

When you post a video made with BbY WOW AI, label it as AI-generated, for example with TikTok’s AI-generated content label.

Credits and Packs

Videos are paid for with credits. Packs are one-time payments in USD, processed by Stripe; there are no subscriptions, and pack credits never expire. Credits that have been used are non-refundable. If a render fails, we retry it once; if it fails again, the credits are refunded to your account automatically. For billing problems, contact [email protected].

The Song, the Dance and Your Video

The song “BbY WOW” and the BbY WOW dance belong to their rights holders. The clip you generate is for personal, non-commercial social posts only. You may not use it in ads, sell it or use it to promote a business. You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

No Guarantee of Results

AI results vary. We don’t guarantee a likeness, a particular look or an exact result, such as a specific background, and you should review your video before you share it.

Suspension

We may block generations, remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms or abuse the service.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use BbY WOW AI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
