Privacy Policy

How BbY WOW AI collects, uses, stores and protects your account details, photos, videos and payment records.

Last updated: 2026-10-21

This Privacy Policy explains how BbY WOW AI (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use https://bbywow.net.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information: the name and email address of the Google account you sign in with. Google is the only sign-in option.
  2. Photos you upload: the photos you provide so we can make your video, including the people or pets shown in them.
  3. Generated videos: the clips we make for you, with details such as the length you chose, the task status and the time they were created.
  4. Payment records: the packs you buy, order amounts and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
  5. Analytics: pages visited and features used, collected through Google Analytics.
  6. A first-visit source cookie: a cookie that remembers which website or link first brought you to BbY WOW AI.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account, process payments and credits, answer support requests, and prevent fraud and abuse. Your photos are used only to make the video you requested. We don’t sell your photos, videos or personal data, and we don’t use your photos to train AI models.

Storage

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2, a cloud storage service, so you can view and download your videos from your account. We keep them only as long as needed for that, or until you ask us to delete them.

Who Processes Your Data

  • AI video generation: a third-party AI video provider receives your photo and the text prompt describing the dance, and returns the video.
  • Payments: Stripe processes card payments. We receive the order and payment details, never your card number.
  • Sign-in: Google confirms your identity when you sign in.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used.

These providers receive only what they need to do their job for us.

Deleting Your Data

You can ask us to delete your photos, your videos or your whole account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also ask what data we hold about you or ask us to correct it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, analytics cookies from Google Analytics, and the first-visit source cookie described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you may need to sign in again.

Age

BbY WOW AI is only for people aged 18 or older. Don’t upload photos of anyone under 18.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
